Kick it in the Beast (San Francisco East Bay Area) with two Bay Area Natives who love to eat great food outside. We can show you all the best places to find quality and affordable picnic ingredients, including farmer's and ethnic markets, urban farms and specialty shops. We may even do some foraging. Then we'll take you to great spots to eat them while discussing the rich history and culture of the greater Bay Area. All of this is on foot or using public transportation, we'll provide the picnic baskets and travel fare!

Having a picnic adventure with Mali and Anjuli was an adventure! We went to the farmer's market and grabbed some really great produce, took a bus to a cute part of Oakland where we got meat and cheeses (from this awesome Russian deli), and had a peaceful picnic amongst the trees and flowers. Mali and Anjuli were really knowledgeable about produce and how to make the best of picnic adventure! They were super prepared with baskets, utensils, cutting boards, and condiments. Ask Mali about her goat dairy business if you get a chance! We went to the cemetery for our picnic, but another option is Lake Merritt. Definitely be prepared or request the Lake Merritt option ;)
