A 8 hour facilitated spiritual retreat with Rev. Roux Malan (affiliate minister of Cape Town Unitarian Church) that includes (1) attending a "Said Holy Eucharist" at the famous St Georges Cathedral in Cape Town where former apartheid struggle hero Archbishop Desmond Tutu served as bishop; (2) walking the Siyahamba Labyrinth at St Georges Cathedral; (3) meditating at the Tibetan Buddhist Centre for World Peace and Health and (4) participating in an well-established Zen Meditation Community at the Sufi Temple in Cape Town. I between these experiences we will have lunch and supper (each person pay for themselves) and great conversation sharing out experiences.
I am a minister of religion affiliated to the Unitarian Church in Cape Town. I am currently running a counselling and life coach practice while sharing meditative experiences in my city part-time. I have a Masters Degree in Theology and practiced both as a Dutch Reformed Minister (10 years) and Unitarian Church Minister (8 years).
