Join me on this gastronomic tour of Naples! With me you will discover and explore the secret places of the Neapolitan cuisine, with its food, traditions and history, and eat the typical dishes that make our kitchen unique and special.
The itinerary will be tailored made for you as Naples has hundreds of options for every taste! In Naples we have a wide food culture, which varies depending on the season, weather, and day.
To mention just some of the specialties you will eat during this tour: Pasta with Beans/Potatoes/Peas, Spaghetti Aglio e Olio or with Puttanesca sauce, Spaghetti with Seafood; fish accompanied with fresh vegetables at the PignaSecca Market; raw fish and shellfish at a local fish shop (it provides fish to a Michelin starred restaurant in Naples); Pizza al Portafoglio (Wallet Pizza), which is a special take away pizza, or deep-fried Pizza; Sfogliatella and Baba', our traditional sweets and the typical caffè espresso.
The cherry on top of this tour will be the visit to a "Limoncello" factory; Limoncello is a famous Italian liqueur..that of course you will taste!:)
The tour will start at 11:15am and will end approx. at 2:00pm, Thursdays to Saturdays.
