In the age of the camera phone, visitors to New York take more photos each year than in all previous years combined. The question is, how many of those photos are really good? From bad lighting to poor framing, and the fact that the person taking the picture isn't usually in it, frame worthy photos can be hard to come by. I would love to be your solution.
I am a professional photographer and I will take you through all the time-honored midtown sights and use them as a backdrop for classic New York portraits of you, and your group. Our walk will start in Dazzling Times Square and proceed down 42nd Street past the splendid lights and signs of the Great White Way. We will make our way through Bryant Park and past the famous Lions of the Central Library. Then we'll venture over to Grand Central Terminal, where I will tell you the history of this most important New York landmark, while snapping a few last shots in this World-Renowned gem. There will be plenty of opportunities to take candids of your group along the way. I will even throw in many fun facts, anecdotes, and stories of all the places we visit. The tour includes 2 framed 5x7 prints and a USB with all our photos delivered to you the following day (if possible).
Opportunities in life come along every so often for all of us. It’s what we do with them that matters. For David Medeiros, one such opportunity presented itself in the form of a special living space in Brooklyn, New York that has provided a place to meet and interact with a myriad of characters from all over the world. From photographers native to Turkey and Australia to a Jazz guitarist who hails from Italy, and friends who he now considers brothers in Spain and Brazil. A large number of very special people have passed through his door. All these people, all these experiences have forever left their mark on the photographer and this is evident in the body of work that has been created. David has the ability to tell a story with a truly unique perspective, the lens pulled into an uncommon focus. A strong portfolio has been built with a spotlight on live music, event, and portraiture work. David is currently working on a project entitled The Wall of Love. Portraits have been hung of all the guests that have called at his residence, even if just for a short while, in the gallery of that very home. This was done so that a little piece of each of them forever resides in New York. You may have seen David in the streets and subways of the Big Apple due to an AIRBNBNYC.com ad campaign. His acting credits include background work on Blue Bloods, Law and Order SVU, and several movies including the Farrelly Brothers film Fever Pitch. David is available for freelance, project, or event photography. Full profile
